Processing method

- Watertight jointing of ceramic and glass tile walls and floors, including natural stone, with a joint width of 3-15 mm.
- Suitable for tiling in indoor and outdoor environments, especially for swimming pools (also with salt or thermal water), terraces, service halls in chemical and food industry, hospitals, laboratories, car service stations, toilets, showers, etc. - hygienically safe.
- Designed also for bonding the linings of tanks with drinking water (waterworks, water treatment plants, reservoirs) - approved for contact with drinking water.
- Ideal for surfaces with increased requirements for resistance to chemicals (including acids), aggressive waters, fuels, oils, etc.
- Suitable for jointing and bonding tiling elements on kitchen work surfaces and laboratory work tables, bonding stone window sills and thresholds.
- Not suitable for expansion joints.

Substrate requirement
Tiles and joints must be completely dry!
Substrate preparation
Joints must be clean, free of dust, grease and other contaminants. Glue residues must be scraped to an even depth (min. 3 mm) before it hardens. It is possible to grout only after the glue has matured perfectly (when using cement adhesives at least 3 days after gluing the cladding, for sintered non-absorbent tiles and paving after at least 5 days and for non-absorbent substrates after 5-7 days).
Preparation of the mixture
Hardener B is added without residue to the base component A and the mixture is mixed thoroughly for at least 2 minutes with a slow-running stirrer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The temperature of the two components when mixing with each other must reach 15-20 ° C.
Processing instructions
The mixed jointing compound is applied diagonally to the joint with a rubber spatula so that the joints are perfectly filled without cavities. The joints are washed with water after 30-40 minutes, first with a cleaning fleece and then with a soft sponge (often rinse the sponge in clean water). After cleaning, the jointed surface may only have a thin film of water. Good ventilation must be provided for the remaining water to dry quickly. Mechanical loading is possible after 24 hours. Chemicals can be used to load the jointed lining after 7 days. Cleaning: Hardened veils can only be removed with a special cleaning agent CL 805 - it is necessary to avoid the effect of the product on joints.
